Itanagar: Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu on Sunday inaugurated the newly constructed Arunachal Sadan in Dwarka, New Delhi, a modern facility aimed at providing accommodation and support for students, patients, and government officials visiting the national capital. The state-of-the-art complex features 41 deluxe rooms, a conference hall, a medical room, dining facilities, and modern security systems, ensuring a comfortable and secure stay for visitors.

Strategically located near ISKCON Temple, the airport, and metro stations, the Sadan enhances accessibility and convenience for the people of Arunachal Pradesh. Speaking at the inauguration, Khandu emphasized the government's commitment to the welfare of its citizens, noting that the redevelopment of Arunachal Bhawan and the upcoming Arunachal House in Dhirpur further demonstrate ongoing efforts to provide enhanced facilities for Arunachal residents in Delhi.

"This initiative ensures that our students, patients, and officials have a reliable place to stay while in Delhi. We are continuously working to improve infrastructure and services for our people outside the state," the chief minister said.

The newly inaugurated Arunachal Sadan is expected to serve as a key accommodation hub for Arunachali citizens in the national capital, reflecting the state government's focus on welfare and accessibility, officials said.
