DIBRUGARH: Airports Authority of India (AAI), Dibrugarh Airport, successfully conducted a three-day Regional Level Training on Module-1 for Technical Executives and Non-Executives of the North Eastern Region from August 19 to 21, 2026.
The training focused on enhancing professional knowledge and skills through expert-led sessions and practical exposure. Participants received hands-on training in the basic operation, maintenance and safe handling of Aircraft Crash Fire Tenders (CFTs), including Rosenbauer and NAFFCO equipment, conducted by OEM trainers.
Sessions on Basic Financial Management, e-Office and procurement of goods and services were also conducted by the Regional Executive Director, North Eastern Region, and DGM (Technical), respectively. The sessions covered financial discipline, digital workflows, paperless functioning and fundamental procurement procedures.
The programme provided officials with an opportunity to strengthen their operational and administrative competencies, exchange experiences and improve work efficiency.
The successful completion of the training reflects AAI’s continued commitment to capacity building, professional development and continuous improvement of its workforce in the North Eastern Region.
