Gossaigaon: The members of the Kokrajhar district All Bodoland Minority Students’ Union (ABMSU) on Tuesday staged a protest by burning effigies of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonwal at NH-31(C) in Simultapu of Gossaigaon subdivision under Kokrajhar district. The ABMSU activists said that they would never accept the Citizenship (Amendment) Bill at any cost and if the Bill was not withdrawn then they would intensify their stir.
