ORANG: In a significant political development, nearly 200 citizens from No.1 Darrang Borjhar village under Borjhar Primary area of the Panchnoi Serfang constituency in Udalguri district formally joined the Bodoland People’s Front (BPF) on Wednesday, reaffirming their trust and confidence in the party’s vision and leadership.
The mass joining, held with much enthusiasm, marked not just a numerical boost for the BPF but also stood as a powerful testament to the growing public support and faith in the party. The new members expressed their belief that under the strong and visionary leadership of Hagrama Mohilary, the BPF would once again form the government in the Bodoland Territorial Region (BTR).
Welcoming the new entrants, former Executive Member Shyam Chundi addressed the gathering and stated that the party’s ideology and mission are rooted in the service of society. “Let us all unite under the principles of the BPF and dedicate ourselves to the upliftment of our community,” he said.
BPF leader Nabajyoti Kurmi also spoke on the occasion, highlighting the importance of organizational strength and collective effort in achieving the party’s goals.
With this large-scale induction, the BPF continues to strengthen its grassroots presence ahead of the upcoming political developments in the region.
