NALBARI: The Nalbari Urban Cooperative Bank Limited will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year 2025-26 on Sunday, August 30, 2026, at 11 am at the Nalbari District Library Auditorium.
According to the bank authorities, all shareholders who became members of the bank by March 2025 and continue to hold valid membership on the day of the meeting have been requested to attend the AGM on time. Eligible shareholders have also been requested to sign the attendance register by 12 noon on the day of the meeting.
The bank authorities further informed that every shareholder attending the AGM must carry either a government-recognised photo identity card or a photo-bearing passbook of their account with Nalbari Urban Co-operative Bank.
The bank management has appealed to all eligible members to attend the annual general meeting within the stipulated time and complete the required formalities.
