DEMOW: A road accident took place on the Nahat-Rajabari connected road near Demow on Sunday where one died. According to information received, an EECO Car (AS 04 AH 2844), which was heading towards Demow, lost control and hit a culvert near the road. Eight people in the car escaped with minor injuries, while a minor was seriously injured. The locals took the injured to the Demow Model Hospital for treatment. The minor, who had head injuries, was declared dead by the doctors. The Nitaipukhuri Police has started an investigation of the incident.
