DOOMDOOMA: Tinsukia District Commissioner Swapneel Paul, who was awarded 'Finest District Magistrate Award' by the 'The Indian Express' at the Indian Express Excellence in Governance awards recently, was felicitated by Assam Science Society (ASS), Doomdooma Branch and Tinsukia Zila Xahitya Xabha (TZXX) at his chamber today. On behalf of Assam Science Society, Doomdooma Branch, its General Secretary Dhiren Deka and Treasurer Arjun Baruah felicitated him while Lambeswar Chetia, President, TZXX, offered him felicitation with a book and a phulam gamocha.
Notably, DC Paul was adjudged as the best DC for his performance during the last two years out of 770 districts of the country.
