BOKAKHAT: On Monday afternoon, a herd of wild elephants was seen roaming for a long time on National Highway 39 near the foothills of Deopahar in Numaligarh. As a result, traffic on the highway came to a complete halt. The herd appeared to be suffering from an acute food shortage. Eventually, the elephants moved toward Deopahar.
