BJP Celebrates Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s Birth Anniversary as Good Governance Day in Kalaigaon and Morigaon

On the occasion of the birth anniversary of former PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Mudaibari Mondol Committee of BJP celebrated the day as a Good Governing Day at Kalaigaon.

KALAIGAON: Along with the rest of the country, on the occasion of the birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Mudaibari Mondol Committee of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) celebrated the day as a Good Governing Day at Kalaigaon.

The Mudaibari Mondol Committee also took out a mass rally throughout Kalaigaon town. Several noted persons like Diganta Barua, Executive Member of Boroland Territorial Council ; Someshwar Rabha, general secretary of Mudaibari Mondol BJP and other BJP workers participated in the rally.

Morigaon: On the occasion of the birth anniversary of former Prime Minister of India Atal Bihari Bajpayee, the day has been celebrated as the ‘Good Governance Day’ across the country. In Morigaon, MLA Ramakanta Deuri lit the ceremonial lamp at the portrait of the Atal Bihari Bajpayee at Morigaon Padum Pukhuri. An exhibition was displayed by the workers of BJP here. The president of Morigaon BJP Prabin Medhi, chairman of MMB Jogesh Tamuly, secretary Anjan Sarma, Nitu Bora accompanied the MLA in the programme. This day aims to promote awareness among citizens about government accountability and administration while also instilling “good governance” as a practice for Indian civil servants. It is observed to guarantee that the nation’s citizens are treated equitably by the government and that they get a chance to avail themselves of the benefits of diverse government.
