The General Observer met the district election officer of Gossaigaon Rahul Kr Gupta, IAS on Sunday, to understand the present scenario and to get an overview of the preparation for the upcoming bye-election of 28LAC Gossaigaon. On the other hand, after scrutiny on Monday, total 13 nominations were found valid for the bye-election.
