TEZPUR: The muhurat of Assamese short film 'Nirbak' was held at Da-Besseria Siva Mandir Tezpur in presence of actor Shiva Prasad Borah, singer and musician Sashinandan Borah, cast, crew and a host of dignitaries.
'Nirbak' an Assamese short film written, directed and produced by cultural activist Anshuma Borah, son of director and writer Natasamrat Prafulla Borah under the banner Question mark films. The banner is launching a new face in the lead female cast, Abhinaya Borah while Rohan Mech will play the hero.
The short film 'Nirbak' was formally inaugurated by noted stage actor, director and writer Rajen Medhi and Indeswar Pathak with the lighting of the earthen lamp by the general secretary of Ban Theater Actor Jitumoni Dev Choudhury among others. The cast includes, Bandana Hazarika, Uddipan Saikia, Aniket Kashyap, Niyar Saikia, Silpa Borah, Debashis Kaushik, Vilolina, Senior actor Pradip Sarma and Dip Kumar Kalita and others.
