DEMOW: On the night of Maha Navami on October 7, an accident took place near Demow near the Thowra Gate at NH-37 road in which a youth died on the spot. The deceased has been identified as Sandeep Jadab. According to sources, Sandeep Jadab was watching the garden show in Thowra Tea Estate and while returning home, he was hit by a goods carrying truck at a high speed in front of Thowra Tea Estate. Sandeep died on the spot. After the accident, the driver and handyman of the truck fled from the scene.
