MORIGAON: The prime accused in the Titatala Bilpar rape case, Patha Ali Hussain (60) was finally arrested by police on Friday. The accused Patha Ali Hussain allegedly raped a mentally challenged woman at Titatala Bilpar on August 1 under Laharighat constituency. The accused had been absconding since then. The police arrested the prime accused based on a written complaint filed by one Imam Ali of the locality.
