Jamugurihat: Gourav Puran, a student of Class VII of Nagsankar High School, has made clay idols on the auspicious occasion of Durga Puja. Gourav is the son of Mintu Puran, a resident of Orang Basti of Nagsankar under Sootea police station. Gourav had a keen interest in making idols and other sculptures since childhood. This time, he has made out idols of Goddess Durga, Goddess Saraswati, Goddess Lakshmi, Lord Ganesha and Kartika.
