United People’s Party Liberal expresses gratitude to successful students of BTC

United People’s Party Liberal (UPPL) on Monday conveyed its gratitude to the students of BTC region who appeared and came out successful in the HSLC examination.

KOKRAJHAR: United People’s Party Liberal (UPPL) on Monday conveyed its gratitude to the students of BTC region who appeared and came out successful in the HSLC examination. Talking to media persons at the party office on Monday, the general secretary of the UPPL Raju Kr. Narzary said the pass percentage of HSLC, 2023 in BTC area was satisfactory. He said Chirang district of BTC had a bad name of being listed in the bottom-line in the ranking list in years before but this year the district emerged in the top of list. He also said many students got distinctions in various subjects which indicate the significant improvement in the education sector in BTC. He thanked the students of BTC who performed well and passed with satisfactory result.

Narzary said the improvement of education in BTC was possible because of prompt initiatives of CEM Pramod Boro for effective reformation agenda in education sector. He said Boro had brought a new revolution of quality education in the region for which credit should be given to Boro.

BTC EM of Information and Public Relations Department Dr. Nilut Swargiary conveyed his greetings to the students of rank holders and achievers in the HSLC examination. He said the BTC region shone better in the HSLC examination in compared to previous years. He also said Chirang and Baksa district performed much better in four districts of BTC. He expressed gratitude to the students of Chirang which stood in the top in district wise ranking with 88.86 percent followed by Baksa district.

Swargiary said the results of BTC area was becoming better as peace has returned in the region. The CEM’s special initiative for improvement of education sector with reformative agenda led to yield desired result, he said adding that the government of BTR led by Pramod Boro had undertaken several significant initiatives for exploring human resources in BTC
