Yoga Awareness Camp in Kathiatoli Highlights AYUSH Mission and Healthy Living

A yoga awareness camp was organised at Kathiatoli Sarbajanin Ram Mandir under the National AYUSH Mission, Assam, through the Yoga & Wellness Centre at Kathiatoli BPHC, Nagaon.

NAGAON: A yoga awareness camp was organised at Kathiatoli Sarbajanin Ram Mandir under the National AYUSH Mission, Assam, through the Yoga & Wellness Centre at Kathiatoli BPHC, Nagaon. The programme was organised by Arogya Care Foundation in collaboration with Kathiatoli Sarbajanin Ram Mandir and Kristi Vikash Prakalpa.

Kathiatoli Sarbajanin Ram Mandir and Kristi Vikash Prakalpa president Rajit Das and secretary Basanta Sarma attended the programme. Sarma addressed the gathering and highlighted the importance of yoga for healthy living and overall well-being. Kathiatoli BPHC BPM Prandip Kumar Nath attended the programme as the chief guest and spoke about the importance of AYUSH, yoga and wellness in promoting a healthy lifestyle. Arogya Care Foundation secretary Rupjyoti Kar also addressed the gathering and highlighted the importance of regular yoga practice for physical and mental well-being. Yoga instructors Navanita Devi, Suprativ Das and Jhuma Mazumder were present at the programme and contributed to the successful conduct of the camp. More than 60 people attended the awareness camp, stated a press release.
