GUWAHATI: Chhaygaon FC emerged victorious with a narrow 1-0 win over Jorhat Town Club in the Assam Premier League at Mirza on Thursday. Subham Chetry netted the only goal of the match in the 67th minute to seal the win for Chhaygaon.
In the day’s second match, Haluating United from Sivasagar dominated over Hawk Football Academy, securing a comprehensive 4-0 victory. Rohit Tayegam, Mayukh Gogoi, Haokholen Kipgen, and Paotinsem Khongsai each scored a goal to ensure a commanding win for Haluating United.
