DEMOW: Under the patronage of Sonapur Social Development Society, an NGO in association with Demow Gaon Panchayat, Athabari Gaon Panchayat and Sewali- Adolescent Group, a marathon competition was organized at Kaliapani Playground near Demow on Sunday morning to welcome the new year. The competition was flagged off by Jiten Kotoky, a social worker, Gauranga Chaura, Headmaster of Athabari Bangali Gaon Primary School.
