NEW DELHI: The Nepal women’s football team returned to the top 100 of FIFA rankings nine months after finishing as runner-up in the International Women’s Championship last month.
It was Nepal’s second-highest rank in the last four years, with the South Asian side consistently sticking around the 100 mark, its highest being 92 in December 2020.
They finished as the runner-up in the SAFF Women’s Championship last year and lost to Myanmar in the final of the International Women’s Championship in February. Agencies
