This is for general information to all Concerned that under the provision made in Assam Sale of Forest Produce Coupes and Mahal Rules, 1977 (Amendment Rule, 2000) sealed tender affixing non-refundable court fee stamps worth of Rs. 8.25 (Rupees eight and paisa twenty five) only on the tender form are hereby invited for re-sale of Timber lots,Firewood lots and Scrap lot under Dhemaji Division. The tender will be received in all working days upto 10-09-2020 (upto 3.00 P.M. IST) by the undersigned. If the Office remains closed for any reason on the last date of receiving tender, the next working day will be fixed for receiving tender (upto 3.00 P.M. IST). Details terms and conditions of the timber lots shall be available in the detailed sale notice which can be procured from the office of the undersigned during office hours on payment of Rs. 50.00 (fifty)only per copy sale notice and Rs.5.00 (Five) per copy of tender form in the form of Bank Draft/Banker's Cheque, which are non refundable.
