GUWAHATI: The Assam State School Education Board (ASSEB) will conduct the HSLC (High School Leaving Certificate) Examination, 2025, from February 15 to March 3, 2025, in 944 centres across the state.
A total of 429,448 candidates—190,653 males and 238,795 females—will take the examinations.
Controller of Examination Nayanjyoti Sarma said that the OMR sheets for General Mathematics, English, Social Science, and General Science would be a bit different this year. “There will be three sets of OMR sheets with questions jumbled,” he said.
Sarma further said that all examination centres would be under CCTV surveillance and the sensitive centres would have more deployment of police personnel.
