GUWAHATI: On his April 14 visit to the state in connection with the Mega Bihu dance recital in Guwahati, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will virtually lay the foundation stone of the Ranghar Beautification Project. He may inaugurate the AIIMS (All Indian Institute of Medical Sciences) at Changsari in Guwahati. He may also lay the foundation stone for the bridge over the Brahmaputra connecting Palasbari and Sualkuchi.
