The Union Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare will start a saturation drive of the Kisan Credit Card (KCC) scheme from October 1 to October 31, 2023. The farmers who own arable land and those who resort to cultivate as sharecropper will get the benefit of this drive.
Farmers need to contact their nearest agriculture offices for details. Launched by the Government of India, the KCC scheme aims to provide advances for agricultural needs to meet the comprehensive credit requirements of the agriculture sector by giving financial support to farmers.
