GUWAHATI: A second-semester student named Sandipshna Raj of the Economics Department at Geetanagar Kanya Mahavidyalaya allegedly jumped from the fourth floor of the building and succumbed to her injuries.
According to reports, CCTV has captured her going to fourth floor. Sandipshna departed from her residence at 8:30am to attend classes at her college. Upon arrival, she shockingly took her own life. College authorities promptly rushed her to a private hospital and then to Guwahati Medical College Hospital (GMCH), where she was declared death.
