ITANAGAR: Parul Gaur Mittal, Secretary of the Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC), announced the examination calendar for 2025, detailing the schedule for various recruitment exams.
According to Mittal, the written examinations for the positions of legal meteorology and consumer affairs inspectors, as well as laboratory assistants (civil), are set to take place in February and March, respectively. The APPSCCE Mains examination is scheduled for April. The official exam calendar is now available on the APPSC website.
Mittal noted that the provided schedules are tentative and subject to change. Additionally, she mentioned that the placement for career advancement from lecturer (Selection I to Grade II) in the education department will occur in April. The common assistant engineer examination for various works departments is slated for May to June.
In June, the postgraduate teachers’ examination for the education department will be conducted, followed by the APPPSCCE viva voce for the personnel department in June and July. The commission will also hold the common junior engineer examination for various works departments in August.
Further down the line, exams for agriculture development officers, horticulture development officers, veterinary officers, DDOs, and finance officers are scheduled thereafter. The examination for trained graduate teachers at the secondary level is planned for November. Mittal also indicated that the commission may initiate recruitment processes for additional posts not listed in the current exam calendar.
