MANGALDAI: Despite the rising mercury on Wednesday, a spirited awareness meeting for Mission Bwisumuthi 2.0 (Mission Vasundhara 2.0) unfolded at the serene Batiamari Bathou Mandir near Kalaigaon, under the Bodoland Territorial Region. The gathering aimed to illuminate the community about the mission, unravelling the intricacies of the BTR administration’s land settlement policies and procedures with clarity and purpose.
Dr Priyanka Bania, Revenue Circle Officer of Kalaigaon Revenue Circle, took center stage as the keynote speaker, weaving through the nuances of the BTC administration’s land allotment processes with finesse. In an engaging interactive session, she connected with the audience, fostering a lively exchange of ideas and questions.
Dr Bania passionately urged the villagers to stay vigilant in keeping their land-related documents up to date, emphasizing their importance for any occasion or opportunity. She also shared invaluable insights on preparing essential documents to unlock government welfare schemes, empowering the community with practical knowledge.
The meeting buzzed with energy, attended by Lat Mandals, Bwisumuthi operators, and distinguished local figures, all united in their commitment to a well-informed and empowered community.
