DIBRUGARH: ‘Bolti Khamoshi,’ a book written by Kailash Bagaria, was released at a function at Anandalaya in Dibrugarh on Sunday. Renowned tea planter and writer Devi Prasad Bagarodia, who was present as the chief guest, released the book ‘Bolti Khamoshi.’

While releasing the book, writer Devi Prasad Bagarodia said that unity is important instead of division in society. “An environment has to be provided to promote hardworking people in the institutions,” he said.

In his address, Kailash Bagaria said that many people of the society talked to him and many sought a platform to highlight their suppressed voices. But they did not get that opportunity. He said that inspired by the words of those people, he was forced to write the book ‘Bolti Khamoshi.’

Deendayal Dhandharia, present as the special guest, congratulated Kailash Bagaria for writing the book. Editor of Pratah Khabar Newspaper Chandra Prakash Sharma was present as the keynote speaker, while social worker Mahavir Jain (KC) and Mahabir Bagaria were also present during the book release function.
