During the workshop, special invitee BB Hagjer emphasized the importance of fairness, neutrality, and transparency in administration, as well as the fulfillment of responsibilities in day-to-day activities. District Commissioner Simanta Kr. Das highlighted the importance of corporate-like services in the delivery of public services and urged Head of Departments to engage in transformative activities that would elevate the district from aspirational to inspirational.

Representatives from various departments, including Health, Social Welfare, PHE, and Agriculture, shared their experiences and best practices in the pursuit of good governance.
