DIBRUGARH: A 23-year-old worker engaged in railway electric line work was electrocuted to death after coming in contact with a live wire at Chaulkhowa in Dibrugarh on Friday. The deceased has been identified as Sarfaraz Sheikh (20 years) of West Bengal.
“The power supply had reportedly not been switched off at the time, resulting in the worker receiving a fatal electric shock,” said a local.
