GOLAGHAT: An unidentified body, believed to be that of a boy below 16 years of age, was recovered from the Butalikhowa area of the Dhansiri river under Khumtai outpost in Golaghat district on Sunday morning. According to an official communication issued by the Officer-in-Charge of Khumtai outpost, the body was found in a semi-decomposed condition floating in the river at around 6:50 am on July 5.
