KOKRAJHAR: The Governor of Assam, Lakshman Prasad Acharya, in exercise of the powers conferred under clause (1) of Article 174 of the Constitution of India, has directed that the BTC Legislative Assembly will convene at 10:00 am on December 1 at the Council Assembly House, Bodofa Nwgwr, Kokrajhar.
