DEMOW: A robbery took place in Demow Madhupur on Sunday evening. According to sources, the robbery took place in Demow Madhupur in the residence of Mahabir Verma, a jewellery businessman, on Sunday evening. Three dacoits with black cloth over their faces threatened Mahabir Verma's wife and daughter with a gun and took away two tola gold, cash Rs.17,000 and two mobile phones. Mahabir Verma was in his shop when the robbery took place. The Demow Police immediately reached the area and started investigating.
