DEMOW: On the occasion of Maghi Purnima, people offered prayers at Garakhiya Than in Dhemechi Kalalur Gaon near Demow on Sunday. People from various places came to the Than and lit earthen lamps, incense sticks, and offered prayers and sorai.
Every year, on the Maghi Purnima day, Naam Prasanga is done at the Garakhiya Than.
