Manju Bordoloi, wife of Late Nishi Bordoloi and a resident of Malor Gaon, Sootea, breathed her last due to heart-related ailments in the wee hours on Wednesday at a private hospital in Guwahati. She was 75.
She was closely associated with many socio-cultural organizations of the greater area, including Malor Gaon Mahila Samiti. A pious lady, Late Bordoloi was a Namoti of repute. Representatives of various organizations and individuals visited her Malor Gaon residence and paid tribute to the mortal remains before the last rites. She leaves behind her a son, three daughters, and other relatives.
