Five years back on this day, the whole nation has suffered a major loss and even a bigger heartbreak. On September 18, 2016, four heavily armed terrorists from Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) crossed the Line of Control (LoC) and carried out a major attack at an Indian Army camp in the Uri town of Jammu and Kashmir.
Within three minutes, the Pakistani terrorists have lobbed 17 grenades at the Indian Army soliders. A total of 19 soldiers were killed and more than 30 were injured during the attack.
